Do you provide a walk-in service?We operate by appointment only. You can book online through our website or Fresha. Alternatively, visit the salon, and we can schedule an appointment for a convenient day. For last-minute cancellations, please check our social media platforms.

Can I be put on a cancellation list?We do not have a cancellation list due to the high demand and volume of appointments. You can enter our waitlist on Fresha or for cancellations, please keep an eye on our social media platforms as this is where we will announce last minute cancellations.

How experienced are your technicians?Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced nail and eyebrow technicians, as well as makeup artists, with years of expertise in the industry.

Can I buy gift vouchers?Yes of course! You can purchase them through our website which will then email the voucher directly to you or that special someone. Alternatively, you can pop into the salon in which we can provide a physical gift voucher with envelope.

Do I need a patch test?Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatments like lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting services to ensure safety and prevent allergic reactions.

What is your cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% service charge.

Are there age restrictions for treatments?Yes, clients must be at least 16 years old for all treatments. This is in line with our commitment to safety and compliance.
